Musikeon periodically organizes at its centre in Valencia general workshops and courses on other cultures. These activities do not require any previous musical knowledge and are therefore aimed at a broad public, offering an ideal addition to the training of educators and teachers at all levels: an attractive and at the same time in-depth introduction to world music, to its instruments and rhythms, with special emphasis on the role played by each musical tradition in the society that has shaped and transformed it.
